The Importance of Breast Care
Other than skin cancer, breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among American women. About one in eight women in the U.S. will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime.

In 2017, an estimated 255,180 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 63,410 new cases of non-invasive breast cancer.

About 85% of breast cancers occur in women who have no family history of breast cancer, so breast care is an essential component of every woman's wellness plan. Our comprehensive breast care center provides all of the services needed for early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer and other breast diseases.

Conveniently located at the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center in Livingston, NJ, The Breast Center's goal is to exceed the individual expectations of each patient, to decrease the stress commonly associated with breast testing, and to promote breast health and wellness.
