Cancer Center - Kathe and Terri
A cancer diagnosis is never easy.
As clinical nurse navigators at Community Medical Center, we do our best
to ensure each patient we meet is able to gain back some of the control
that is lost when they hear the words, “you have cancer.”
Providing guidance and education for patients through treatment and recovery
is a role that we are proud to fill. A cancer diagnosis, or even a cancer
scare, is emotional and can be overwhelming. We hope that having one of
us as a single point of contact gives our patients and family members
some peace of mind.
Community Medical Center provides the latest breakthroughs in surgery,
technology, radiation therapy and sophisticated diagnostics for the most
advanced and compassionate cancer treatment
close to home.
We are able to complement Community’s outstanding medical care with
the additional time that cancer patients need to review their physician’s
plan and to schedule tests and appointments. And, sometimes, being able
to take the time to talk through a patient’s hopes and fears is
just what the doctor ordered.
With the support of donors and friends like you, Community Medical Center
is able to provide the most compassionate care, making the journey from
diagnosis through treatment and recovery as comfortable as possible.
