Driving Directions - Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center

• Take the Garden State Parkway south or north to EXIT 105, Eatontown / Long Branch or Route 18 south or north to EXIT 13B, Long Branch to Highway 36 East.
• Stay on Highway 36 East to the 7th traffic light.
• Make a right turn on Broadway (also Route 537). There is a Mobil Gas station on the left.
• Proceed down Broadway. Cross over railroad tracks.
• Make a right onto Third Ave. (MacDonalds is on your left)
• You will see MMC blue signs on your left. Turn left onto Centennial Drive. Train station parking lot will be on your right.
• The Breast Center is the first building on your left. There is a sign in front of the Breast Center with clock at top.

Parking Instructions:
Parking is available at the side and front of the Breast Center and Parking Lot B. Parking Lot B is in front of radiation department. In order to park in lot B, you will need to push buzzer and tell Security that you are a Breast Center patient. Security will open gate for you.

You may also park in the parking garage and exit out the door to the right on the ground level of the parking garage and walk across the parking lot to the Breast Center entrance.

If you park in garage or lot B, breast center staff will validate your parking permit to wave parking charges.

Driving Directions to the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center at Colts Neck is located right next to Delicious Orchards on Route 34 South.

• From The North Using The Garden State Parkway
  Take the Garden State Parkway South to exit 109. After the exit, turn right onto Route 520 West (Newman Springs Road). Proceed to 3rd light and turn left onto Phalanx Road. Proceed approximately 4 miles and turn left onto Route 34 South – 1 mile to traffic light. The breast center is approximately 1/2 mile on the right, right after Delicious Orchards.
• From The North Using Route 18 Take Route 18 south To Exit 19-Route 34 North. Follow Route 34 North, approximately 1/2 mile on left, before Delicious Orchards.
• From The South Using The Garden State Parkway
  Take the Garden State Parkway North to exit 105. Take Route 18 North to Route 34 North. Follow Route 34 north, approximately 1/2 mile on left, before Delicious Orchards.
• From The West
  Take Route 537 East to Route 34. Turn right on Route 34 South, approximately 1/2 mile on right after Delicious Orchards.

Driving Directions to the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center at Howell Located in Village Square at 59 Kent Road in Howell.

• From Garden State Parkway North
  Take Exit 98 and follow signs to I-195 West. Travel on I-195
  West approx 7.2 miles to Exit 28A Route 9 South Lakewood.
  Travel on Route 9 South approx 2.3 miles and make a slight right onto Kent Road (immediately after Wawa). Destination on left in Village Square.
• From Garden State Parkway South
  Take Exit 98 and follow signs to I-195 West. Travel on I-195
  West approx 7.2 miles to Exit 28A Route 9 South Lakewood.
  Travel on Route 9 South approx 2.3 miles and make a slight right onto Kent Road (immediately after Wawa). Destination on left in Village Square.
• From Route 9 South
  Take Route 9 North to Lanes Mill Rd. Exit. Cross over Route 9
  and travel to the end making a right onto Kent Road. Destination will be on right in Village Square.
