 Board-certified diagnostic radiologist Ilona H. Hertz, M.D., received her medical degree from the Downstate Medical School - SUNY, New York. She completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York.
Dr. Hertz joined Monmouth from Manhattan Diagnostic Radiology, New York, where she specialized in women’s imaging. She holds board certification from the American Board of Radiology and her professional memberships include the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology and Society of Breast Imaging. She also is a member of a of the American Society of Breast Disease, serving as advisor for their editorial board.
