Board certified as a diagnostic radiologist, Dr. Pardes brings nearly 30 years experience in breast imaging and general radiology to Monmouth Medical Center. Most recently, he served 16 years as attending radiologist at Abington Memorial Hospital, Abington, Pa., where he was in charge of breast imaging and intervention.
His experience also includes a tenure as assistant professor of radiology, division of cross sectional imaging, at N.Y. Hospital, Cornell University Medical College, New York. After earning his medical degree from the School of Medicine of the National University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Dr. Pardes completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at University Hospitals of Cleveland (Case Western Reserve University) and a fellowship in cross sectional imaging at N.Y. Hospital, Cornell University Medical College.
Dr. Pardes’s professional affiliations include the American College of Radiology, the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, the Radiological Society of North America, the Society for Breast Imaging and the American Roentgen Ray Society. He also served as medical advisor to the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition.
At the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center, Dr. Pardes will serve as a full-time diagnostic radiologist, specializing in breast imaging and screening and diagnostic mammography and stereotactic and ultrasound-guided biopsy.
