Gastrointestinal Cancer

Our Gastrointestinal Cancer Program is led by a multidisciplinary team of specialists who are experts in treating cancers of the digestive system. We diagnose and treat patients who have cancer of the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, bile duct, appendix, gallbladder, small and large intestine, liver, colon and rectum, as well as those who have soft tissue sarcomas, melanoma, and endocrine tumors. Our team of experts includes gastroenterologists, medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists and interventional radiologists, who possess expertise that covers every aspect of gastrointestinal cancer diagnosis and treatment. A full range of patient and family support services, including nutritional counseling and social work services, are provided. Our comprehensive approach includes coordination of all treatment by a dedicated Patient Navigator, who serves as patients’ personal liaison before, during and after treatment. Our patients benefit from our comprehensive and collaborative approach to care, which includes the latest treatment options for gastrointestinal cancer and access to clinical trials.
