    Physician Information

    Sandra J. Greco, M.D., FACOG, received a master’s of science degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons Institute of Human Nutrition in New York. She earned her doctor of medicine degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York.

    She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, a New York Medical College affiliate in the Bronx, where she did post-residency work as an attending in the hospital’s department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed fellowship training in urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, Pa.

    Dr. Greco joined Monmouth from Mountain Comprehensive Health Corp, in Whitesburg Ky., where she served as a full-time attending in their Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. At Monmouth, she will lead the hospital’s newly created Division of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery, dedicated to the non-surgical and surgical management or urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor disorders.

    Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Greco is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrician and Gynecologists. Her professional affiliations also include the American Urogynecologic Society and the American Chemical Society, and she has presented her research findings at numerous national urogynecological conferences.

    Clinical Interests

    Surgical correction of pelvic prolapse and incontinence, vaginal surgery techniques including those that do not utilize pelvic meshes, overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, conservative therapies for incontinence and prolapse
