    Larisa Kayserman, M.D. obtained her B.A. in Chemistry at New York University in 1985, where she received the distinguished Founders Day Award. She graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Downstate Medical School, where she received her MD in 1989 and achieved membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her Residency in Ophthalmology in 1993 and served as a chief Resident at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Medical Center. Dr. Larisa Kayserman completed a Fellowship in Retina- Vitreous Diseases and Surgery at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Medical Center in 1994. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Kayserman is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology since 1995.
