Anna Litvak, MD, medical oncologist, has joined The Cancer Center at Saint
Barnabas Medical Center. She received her bachelor's degree from the
University of Pennsylvania, Summa Cum Laude. She went on to receive her
medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where
she was elected Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her residency in Internal
Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She then went
on to complete her fellowship in Medical Oncology/Hematology and Thoracic
Oncology Services at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
Dr. Litvak is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the
American Medical Association, American Society of Hematology, and the
American Society of Clinical Oncology. She has published a number of abstracts,
manuscripts, review articles, and book chapters related to cancer research
in the fields of breast, thoracic, gastrointestinal, and gynecologic oncology.
She is also fluent in English as well as in Russian.
