Dr. Rezai is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and
critical care medicine.
He currently practices critical care and interventional pulmonary medicine.
Dr. Rezai has served as associate professor in the Department of Medicine
at St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada, British
West Indies and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey
in Newark, N.J. He has also served as affiliate assistant professor of
medical humanities at Drew University School of Graduate Studies in Madison, N.J.
Dr. Rezai earned his medical degree from St. George’s University
School of Medicine, Grenada, British West Indies. His medical residency
was completed at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (NBIMC) where he remained
for fellowship in pulmonary/ critical care medicine, serving as chief fellow.
Dr. Rezai’s extensive record of honors and awards include nomination
as a Schubin-Weil Master Clinician/Teacher: Excellence in Bedside Teaching
