Affiliations Bio Dr. Wasserman is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency training at Mount Sinai as the chief resident in 2000. Over the next ten years, Dr. Wasserman was the Residency Site Director and, for the last five years, Associate Director at Jersey City Medical Center, a level II trauma facility in Hudson County, New Jersey. In July of 2008, Dr. Wasserman joined Emergency Medical Associates as the Director of Medical Education before accepting the position of Chairman and Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in February 2010.
