Livingston, NJ – Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center invites you to join us on January 31, 2013 in beginning of a wonderful New Year and inspire you to incorporate unique healing secrets from around the world that will help optimize your whole health. The event titled, “A New Year, A New You: Achieving Whole Health with Mindfulness and Healing Foods – Secrets from Around the World” will begin with registration at 5:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 6:00 p.m. This is a wonderful evening planned to highlight the healing properties of various foods and benefits of eating mindfully.
You will be treated to lively and practical cooking demonstrations by Head Chef, Jesse Craft, and keynote lectures by Integrative Pediatrician and Internist, Minal Vazirani, MD, Medical Director of Integrative Medicine at the ACC; Mind-Body Psychologist Debra Gill, PhD, Director of the HealthyLIFE Program at the ACC; and Psychologist, Gary Goldberg, PhD.
Regions that will be represented with healing teas, healing foods, and possible cooking demos include China, India, Africa/Middle East, Europe, and South America.
