Livingston, NJ— The Siegler Center for Integrative Medicine presents, “Learn More About Reiki,” on April 2, 2013 from 6-7 p.m. at the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center, 200 South Orange Avenue, Livingston.

Reiki is a gentle hands on energy therapy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki means “Universal Life Energy,” which is the primal energy responsible for the health and well being of all living things. Maintaining this energy enables your body to achieve optimal health and promote healing. Reiki may help improve sleep, lessen pain, reduce anxiety and headaches, and bring an overall sense of peace and well being. There are no known medical interactions, so Reiki can be safely used in any health condition.

Speakers for the evening program include: Jennifer Cardone, Reiki Master and Dale Bellisfield, RN, RH, (AHG) Medical Herbalist, Reiki Level 2.

To register for this program or for more information about Reiki and the Integrative Medicine program at the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center, please call 973.322.7007.
