Children can discover how bright and delicious foods can be and which foods make them feel strong and happy by attending "Yummy Foods," sponsored by the Siegler Center for Integrative Medicine at Barnabas Health Ambulatory Center on Wednesday, October 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center.
As Part of the Healthy Eating is Fun Series, "Yummy Foods" is designed for children ages 6 to 9 years old. The program is led by Stacey Pinke, Integrative Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor. Children will participate in games that will get them moving and do some yoga, too. Children should come dressed for yoga and bring a yoga mat. Children must be toilet trained. Parents are welcome.
