Looking to get fit and trim? Join Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) for "Get Healthy with TLS (Transitions Lifestyle System)" on Wednesday, October 22 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center.
TLS is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. The TLS system is a weight management solution that focuses on low-glycemic impact eating, behavior medication and body composition. The program is centered on helping individuals to make healthy choices while still eating a normal, diverse diet. After the initial class on October 22, a 10-week program will be formed for participants to continue with the TLS system.
This program will take place at the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center located at 200 South Orange Avenue in Livingston. Registration is required by calling 1-888-724-7123.
