New Jersey -- Barnabas Health Hospice and Palliative Care Center will host a series of free bereavement workshops titled, “Handling the Holidays” for individuals coping with the loss of a loved one this holiday season. Programs will be held as follows:

1 – 2 p.m.; Barnabas Health, West Orange
Handling the Holidays
Tuesday, November 12; 6:00 p.m.; Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark
Thursday, November 14; 7 p.m.; Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch
Monday, November 18; 7 p.m.; Barnabas Health, West Orange
Participants will learn about the nature of grief, identify coping strategies and develop concrete methods to manage the holiday season.
