Lords Valley, PA -- Paula Triano, Home Health Aide Coordinator for Barnabas Health Hospice and Palliative Care Center (BHHPCC), was recently recognized for 20 years of service at an awards ceremony recognizing BHHPCC employees.
Mrs. Triano started as a part-time receptionist in the early years of the hospice organization and then became a Clinical Services Assistant, providing clerical support to team leaders and clinical staff. As the organization grew, the need for a Home Health Aide Coordinator became apparent in 1999 and Mrs. Triano was the ideal candidate to fulfill the role. Currently she supervises 24 Home Health Aides who work for BHHPCC, which involves scheduling and communication with the family and clinical team to best accommodate the needs of patients.
A resident of Lords Valley, PA, Mrs. Triano is proud to embark on her long commute to West Orange, NJ, knowing she is part of the BHHPCC team and making a difference in someone’s day through her role as Home Health Aide Coordinator.
