Barnabas Health Hospice to Host Bereavement Programs in Honor of Mother's and Father's Day

04/07/2014

The relationship between a parent and a child is a unique and special bond that lasts a lifetime. As Mother's and Father's Day approach (celebrated Sunday, May 11 and Sunday, June 15) a son or daughter who has lost his/her mother and/or father may feel especially sad reflecting on memories of their cherished relationship(s).

In recognition of these important days, and the emotions that may accompany them, Barnabas Health Hospice and Barnabas Health Van Dyke Hospice will host "Managing Mother's and Father's Day" and "Remembering Our Parents." The sessions are open to adult children and their surviving parent.
