Diane Biddulph of Clark, NJ, Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer of Barnabas Health Hospice (BHH), was recently named Executive Assistant of the Year by the New Jersey Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NJHPCO). She is one of four BHH professionals honored with Hospice Team Awards this year.
Each year, the NJHPCO presents Hospice Team Awards to recognize outstanding hospice professionals as role models for their counterparts statewide. Ms. Biddulph, who has worked for Barnabas Health for 24 years and BHH for seven years, assists the President with all day-to-day activities, serves as the liaison for the Board of Trustees and Medical Directors, and assists with contract management and report preparation.
"Throughout my career, I have worked for many different executives," said Ms. Biddulph. "Each change has been exciting and presented new opportunities and challenges. The key is to remain open to change, continue to learn new skills, be honest and respectful and communicate!"
