United Airlines offered the trip of a lifetime on Wednesday for about 40
children and their families. This special "fantasy" flight from
Newark International Airport was that much sweeter because those 40 children
have been patients of two area hospitals, University Hospital and Newark
Beth Israel Medical Center. Mosai McDonald, an 8-year-old from East Orange
who has sickle cell anemia, said he thought the trip was "amazing."
"I'm going to tell people about Santa and everything," he
said before boarding.
