Belleville, NJ – For the past 20 years, Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation Golf Invitational has attracted many generous donors as well as an impressive list of celebrities like Steve Van Zandt, E-Street Band guitarist, Yogi Berra and Rick Cerrone of the New York Yankees, John McClean of the New Jersey Devils, and “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro.

Registration is now open for Clara Maass Foundation’s 20th annual Golf Invitational, taking place May 19, 2014, at the Montclair Golf Club in West Orange.

This year’s Golf Invitational begins with a brunch at the 13th oldest golf club in the country, the Montclair Golf Club, followed by a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start to play 18 holes. After the 18 holes, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour, dinner and silent auction.

Players can register as individuals or as foursomes to play the premiere course, set amongst the lush rolling hills of North Jersey. Montclair Golf Club, which was founded in 1893, has been designated a Platinum Club of America, making it one of the top 100 country clubs nationwide.

The courses start and end at the colonial-style clubhouse and golfers can warm up on the specially-designed practice range that features target greens.
