Food and beverage enthusiasts and supporters attended Clara Maass Medical
Center (CMMC) signature event “A Tasteful Experience” held
on November 13th at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ. The event,
which included a VIP Experience held from 6 PM to 7 PM was Co-Chaired
by Robert Gaccione, Jr. and Robert V. Gamba. “A Tasteful Experience
is one of our most spectacular events of the year made possible by our
generous supporters, including the area’s finest restaurants, caterers
and beverage suppliers,” said Mary Ellen Clyne, Ph.D., President
and Chief Executive Officer.
Nearly 400 guests and 50 vendors attended the event this year, with a special
partnership with Stew Leonard's Wines of Clifton as the Presenting
Beverage Sponsor. Participating food and beverage vendors included: Aroma
di Napoli; Culinary Arts Institute at Hudson County Community College
(HCCC); Chef Jesse Jones; Dolce Vita; Fin Raw Bar and Kitchen; Halcyon
Brasserie; Horseneck Tavern; Le salbuen; Matthew’s Italian Restaurant;
Miss Nicky’s Gourmet Toffee; Nanina's In The Park; Park Château;
Pleasantdale Château; Rare Steakhouse; Salute Brick Oven Bistro;

Event proceeds will benefit the programs and services at Clara Maass Medical Center.
