Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation to Host Signature Event: A Tasteful Experience


A Tasteful Experience
An Evening of Sensational Food and Wine

BELLEVILLE, NJ – Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation’s signature fall event, A Tasteful Experience,” will be held on Monday, November 13 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Pleasantdale Château, located at 757 Eagle Rock Avenue in West Orange. Event proceeds will benefit the programs and services at Clara Maass Medical Center. A Pre-Event, called the VIP Experience will begin at 6 p.m.

“A Tasteful Experience is one of our most spectacular events of the year made possible by our generous supporters, including the area’s finest restaurants, caterers and beverage suppliers,” said Mary Ellen Clyne, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer.

The event committee is Co-Chaired by Robert Gaccione, Jr. and Robert V. Gamba. Nearly 400 guests and 50 vendors are expected to attend this special event this year. Clara Maass Medical Center is proud to partner with Stew Leonard's Wines of Clifton as the Presenting Beverage Sponsor.

A preliminary list of participating food and beverage vendors include: Aroma di Napoli; Culinary Arts Institute at Hudson County Community College (HCCC); Chef Jesse Jones; Dolce Vita; Fin Raw Bar and Kitchen; Halcyon Brasserie; Horseneck Tavern; Le salbuen; Matthew’s Italian Restaurant; Miss Nicky’s Gourmet Toffee; Nanina's In The Park; Park Château; Pleasantdale Château; Rare Steakhouse; Salute Brick Oven Bistro; Scala del Nonna; Sodexo; Supreme Bakery; Sushi Café; The Brownstone; The Crosby; The Park Savoy; Valenca; Warwick Valley Winery/Black Dirt Distillery; and Zi Zia Pizzeria.

Food and wine enthusiasts can attend the Main Event, beginning at 7 p.m. for $175. Tickets for the VIP experience, which includes early admission to the event at 6 p.m. as well as a an event gift, are $250.
