HAZLET, NJ --- More than 160 women recently came together at Cervino’s at the Holiday Inn Hazlet Hotel to take part in Ladies Night Out, a free women’s health event sponsored by the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center.
The event featured health information tables, health screenings and giveaways and a panel of women’s health experts who covered vital health issues. Topics and speakers included: breast health by Jorge Pardes, M.D., director of breast imaging; lung health by Loki Skylizard, M.D., chief of thoracic surgery, women’s heart health by cardiologist Delia Dobrescu, M.D.; and treatment options for urinary incontinence by urogynecologist Martin Michalewski, M.D. The program was moderated by Monmouth Medical Center’s Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Robert Graebe, M.D.
