Long Branch, NJ – In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center will be providing a free breast education and screening program at each of its satellite locations throughout October and early November.
The programs will feature free clinical breast exams and screening mammograms. Same day mammogram reads will be available. Each event will also feature assessment for the High Risk Cancer Program, breast health education, refreshments and giveaways.
The free breast education and screening programs at the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Breast Center locations will take place as follows:
Tuesday, October 8 from 2 to 6 p.m.

Screenings are open to insured and uninsured women. Screenings for uninsured women are made possible by a grant from the Central and South Jersey Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. If insured, insurance information will be required at time of registration. For an appointment, call 732-923-7700, option 1. Program is limited for screening appointments so early registration is suggested.
