LONG BRANCH, N.J. – The holidays are a time for family gatherings and celebration, but they
can also be one of the most difficult times of the year for someone grieving
a loss. Monmouth Medical Center invites all individuals mourning the loss
of a loved one to its weekly
Bereavement Support Group.
Now taking place at the Monmouth County Library – Eastern Branch, the
Bereavement Support Group is designed to take provide a supportive and safe environment for those
experiencing grief and provides attendees an outlet to express their feelings.
Throughout the month of November, the group will discuss strategies for
navigating the holidays after a loss.
