Long Branch, N.J. – The Cancer Support Community (CSC) at Monmouth Medical Center invites
all individuals impacted by a cancer diagnosis to attend
Visual Journals. Designed to unleash inner creativity,
Visual Journals take place weekly on Mondays from 1 to 3 p.m. beginning in October at
the Maysie Stroock Pavilion at Monmouth Medical Center, located at 300
Second Avenue in Long Branch.
Free to all attendees,
Visual Journals will provide attendees with an outlet to express their feelings and reduce
stress in a fun and creative way. There will be a selection of journals
to choose from, but attendees are also invited to bring their own.
The program is free, and no registration is required. If you have any questions

The Cancer Support Community offers supportive programs, education, and
hope for individuals affected by a cancer diagnosis, no matter where treatment
is received. Monthly programs include relaxation and guided imagery; yoga;
mindfulness meditation; exercise for strength; support groups and much
