Mindfulness Meditation, a free program where attendees can learn how to cope with stress, pain
and illness on Monday, February 6 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at HealthSouth

more mindful and deal with their illness.

Hospital of Tinton Falls and section chief for the Department of Physical
Medicine & Rehabilitation at Monmouth Medical Center will provide
an introduction and Anita Pfisterer, LCSW, Little Silver Behavioral Health

Center, will present MBSP techniques.
A light dinner will be provided. The seminar is free however registration
