Center for Healthy Aging at Kimball Medical Center Presents June Health and Education Programs for Seniors


Emergency Preparedness
Monday, June 3 at 2 p.m.

Learn how to prepare yourself for any emergency during this free informational session held at the Ocean County Library Toms River branch, located at 101 Washington Street in Toms River. Refreshments will be provided and registration is recommended by calling the Library at 732-349-6200.

Stress and Relaxation Lunch & Learn
Monday, June 17 at noon

Enjoy lunch while learning healthy ways to manage stress in a workshop presented by the Center for Healthy Aging’s expert health coaches. The free lunch and learn will be held at the Center for Healthy Living, located at 198 Prospect Street in Lakewood. Pre-registration is required by Wednesday, June 12 by calling health coaches Kelly DeLeon at 732-597-6075 or Peggy Lomerson at 732-575-0452.

Osteoporosis 101
Wednesday, June 19 at 10 a.m.

Learn all you need to know about osteoporosis from the Center for Healthy Aging’s health coaches. Light refreshments will be provided. The session will be held at Somebody C.A.R.E.S, located at 48 Schoolhouse Rd. in Whiting. Registration is required by calling 732-350-1400.
