Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus has announced Frank J. Congilose, CFP, CLU, ChFC; Ralph A. Legge, Jr., CTFA, CLU; and Ben Heinemann have been elected to the Foundation Board of Trustees.
Congilose started his career in the financial services industry right out of college at an independent firm. In 1983, he established Congilose & Associates as an independent agency, which is known today as C&A Financial Group in Manasquan, N.J. His skills as a mentor and innovator have led his agency to high levels of advisor productivity and retention.
An industry leader, Congilose has published articles in Forbes, authored two books, and established The Institute of Responsible Wealth – a resource center that helps people achieve the life they want. Additionally, he has been recognized by the GAMA Foundation as a Leadership Hero.
Legge, Jr. has more than 30 years of experience working in financial services. He has been with Wells Fargo Bank for 16 years and is the senior vice president. Legge, Jr. works as a senior fiduciary advisory specialist, which means he serves as the primary contact for investment and fiduciary services, as well as delivers advisory-based services to clients with complex wealth management planning needs.
After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Bernard M. Baruch College, Legge, Jr. was named a chartered life underwriter by the American College and Certified Trust and a fiduciary advisor by the American Bankers Association. He is a member of the Planned Giving Committees at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus, as well as Community Medical Center, Georgian Court University and Monmouth University, as well as vice president of the Estate & Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey.
For the past 24 years, Heinemann, a Lakewood resident, has owned professional graphics and print center BP Graphics & Printing. He is a member of the Lakewood Vaad, a community advocacy organization; board treasurer of CHEMED, a federally qualified health center; and founding member of Lakewood Township's Let's Talk program and the Jewish Federations Let's Schmooze program, both designed to bring local cultures together.
Heinemann's passion for activities that promote cultural understanding and peace pushed him to present cultural sensitivity seminars to various local and state agencies.
