Lakewood, N.J. – Stress levels can have a huge impact on health. The Cancer Support Community
at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus is offering a free program
-- Seva Acupressure for Stress Release -- to help people affected by cancer
control their stress.
Led by Regina Rosenthal, PT, MA, this program will teach participants how
to manage stress and boost resilience through an easy-to-use acupressure
program for self-care.
This program will take place on Wednesday, February 15, from 1 to 2:30
p.m. at the Cancer Support Community, 199 Prospect Street, Lakewood. Registration

The Cancer Support Community offers supportive programs, education, and
hope for individuals affected by a cancer diagnosis, no matter where treatment
is received. Monthly programs include relaxation and guided imagery, yoga,
mindfulness meditation, exercise for strength, support groups and much
