Feeling Stronger - Feeling Better: For Individuals with Parkinson's and Other Neuromuscular/

This program for individuals with Parkinson's and other neuromuscular/movement disorders includes weekly Tai Chi and Strength Training exercise classes as well as separate, monthly support groups for participants and caregivers. Participants can enroll in the complete series or select individual classes. Exercise classes are free for JCC members and cost $5 each for non-members. There is no charge for the support group.
