This program for individuals with Parkinson's and other neuromuscular/movement disorders includes weekly exercise classes and monthly support groups. Participants can enroll in the complete series or select individual classes. Exercise classes are free for JCC members and cost $5 each for non-members. There is no charge for the support group. Hip and Knee Pain

Join Timothy Henderson, MD, from The Joint Institute at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, to hear about the myriad of treatment options available to address hip and knee pain up to and including joint replacement therapy.
