in the comfortable environment of your own home. We offer a full spectrum
of home care services which includes skilled nursing care, enterostomal
therapy, specialized wound care, infusion therapy, venipuncture and laboratory
services, maternal child health services, pediatric care, rehabilitation
services, personal care services, pain management, dietary consultations
and medical social work (for counseling and connections to community resources).

Who conducts the initial home care assessment to determine if care is needed?
The Registered Nurse or the Physical Therapist will go through a thorough
assessment to identify the patients' needs. They will then determine
the most appropriate level of care to allow you to achieve quality of
life, maximizing your independence to the highest possible level. The
teams of professionals work closely with your physician to coordinate
care in your home or place of residence.

are provided once service begins.
Does insurance cover home care services?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private and managed care insurance, no fault
and workers compensation, as well as self pay.
Does Barnabas provide home care to assisted living facilities?
Yes, an assisted living facility is the patients' primary residence.
