Pulmonary Program

Pediatric Medicine

The Pediatric Pulmonary Program offers the most advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities to evaluate infants, children and adolescents with acute and chronic lung disorders. Pediatric flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy can be used as a diagnostic or therapeutic tool in the treatment of pediatric lung disorders, and state-of-the-art pulmonary function testing, including asthma challenge testing and exercise challenge, is available through the Pulmonary Program. The program provides treatment for such clinical conditions as asthma, chronic cough, chronic lung disease of prematurity, airway abnormalities and chest wall deformities.
