 Membership at the Center includes a full fitness assessment, two orientation sessions, unlimited access to the facility, monthly re-evaluations and continuous medical supervision by the Center's exercise physiologists. Membership fees may be paid month by month or at a discounted rate for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months in advance. Employees of Barnabas Health receives a 20% discount off of their membership.

Your health insurance company may provide you with limited wellness coverage. This coverage may pay for a portion of you membership fees. Upon request, the staff at the Center will be happy to provide you with a letter to submit to your insurance company, verifying your enrollment in the program and will also assist you with the completion of any medical collections of your wellness benefits. Check with your health insurance provider to determine if they offer wellness coverage. Please note that payment is due upon joining the Center and upon receipt of ongoing monthly bills.
