Center News

We are pleased to share with you the following:

• The New Jersey Institute for Craniofacial Surgery is proud to offer a comprehensive service for infants who require an evaluation for plagiocephaly and torticollis.

• John P. Amato DDS, M.D., and Frank Ciminello, M.D. have joined our Center as an addition to the craniofacial surgery team.

• We have recently expanded the dental division of the team.

• Dr. Cyrus Amato, our maxillofacial surgeon, is conducting clinical research and planning clinical trials in the following areas:
  • Planning for craniofacial surgery utilizing a unique Anatomic Surgical Simulator
    
    
  • System for Craniofacial Distraction Ontogenesis-a method of moving facial bones over a period of time allowing larger more complex movements with greater stability and obviating the need for bone grafts.
