BELLEVILLE, NJ—The holiday season
can be a happy time for some or a very emotional and sad time for
others. You are not alone. On Thursday, December 10, 2009, Clara
Maass Medical Center will host a free seminar “Coping with
the Holiday Blues.” A Clara Maass Behavioral Health expert
will provide you with tips on how to cope with what may be a difficult
time of year.
The event will take place from 12 to 2 p.m. in the Belleville
Founders Room located off of the Main Lobby of Clara Maass Medical
Center located at One Clara Maass Drive, Belleville, NJ. Lunch
will be served and free parking is available in the parking deck.
