Clara Maass' Registered Dietitians provide nutrition counseling for outpatients. Sessions are conducted one-on-one. Topics include weight loss, diabetes mellitus, cardiac disease, hypertension, kidney disorders, liver disorders, GI disorders, pregnancy and many others.
Physician prescriptions are required. To schedule an appointment, please call a Registered Dietitian at 973.450.2268. Bilingual staff is available.
All patients are required to register through the Admitting Office prior to your appointment.
In addition to nutrition counseling for adult outpatients, Clara Maass’ Registered Dietitians also counsel pediatric patients. The Pediatric and Adolescent Weight Management Program bridges physician orders and exercise with a nutritional program to help children lose and maintain weight loss. Physician prescriptions are also required.
