TOMS RIVER, NJ, June 10, 2011– Community Medical Center will offer a program entitled, “The Infertility Journey: Dispel the Myths and Uncover the Mysteries.” The program will be held on Monday, June 27 from 6 – 7 pm at the Community Health Education & Outreach Department located at 591 Lakehurst Road, Toms River. The program will be presented by Dr. Beth Hartog, a board certified physician in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Hartog will discuss current treatment options for infertility, diagnostic tests as well as new surgical and IVF treatment. Ample time will be allowed for questions and answers.
Dr. Hartog is the first woman infertility specialist based in Monmouth and Ocean Counties and has been in practice for more than 15 years. Dr. Hartog received her medical degree from New York Medical College. She completed her fellowship training at The George Washington University and remained there as the director of their IVF program following her fellowship. Dr. Hartog was instrumental in developing George Washington’s IVF program into one of the premier programs in the country and also developed Maine’s first IVF program at Maine Medical Center.
Dr. Hartog is part of the practice, East Coast Infertility & IVF, with offices in Brick and Little Silver.
