Saint Barnabas to Host Seminar for Children Who Have Lost Mothers
Long Branch, NJ -- The relationship between a mother and a child is a unique and special bond that lasts a lifetime. As Mother’s Day approaches (celebrated Sunday, May 8, 2011) sons and daughters who have lost their mother may feel especially sad reflecting on memories of their cherished mother. In recognition of this important day, and the emotions that may accompany it, the Barnabas Health Hospice and Palliative Care Center, an affiliate of the Saint Barnabas Health Care System, will host a “Children Who Have Lost Mothers” workshop on Thursday, April 28, at 7:00 p.m. The event will be held at Monmouth Medical Center, located at 300 Second Avenue in Long Branch, in the Community Meeting Room on the Ground Floor.
