guest services information at the hospital's Information
Desk from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or the Volunteer Resource
Center from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Includes: information
on hotel accommodations, including the provision of hotel
room rates; local maps; local restaurant menus; coloring
books and crayons for "young" visitors.
