The goal of the Center for Healthy Aging is to provide older adults with easy and convenient access to a variety of health care services within their community and to encourage them to live independently, confidently and happily.
In keeping with the Center for Healthy Aging’s mission, Kimball Medical Center will continue to offer educational, screening and support programs including diabetes management, nutritional counseling diabetes support groups, bereavement counseling, seminars for grandparents raising grandchildren, driver’s education, self-defense instruction and gentle yoga.

From the Garden State Parkway North: Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 88. Take Route 70 West to Route 9 North. Proceed through the third traffic light (Prospect Street) and turn left onto 500 River Avenue.
From the Garden State Parkway South: Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 83. Take Route 9 North and pass over Route 70. Proceed through the third traffic light (Prospect Street) and turn left onto 500 River Avenue.
From the West: Take Route 195 East to Exit 28. Take Route 9 South to Lakewood. Pass the lake on your right. Just prior to the third traffic light (Prospect Street), make a right turn onto 500 River Avenue.
