That’s why Kimball Medical Center has teamed up with The Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center…. to provide the highest level of emergency care possible for its youngest, most precious patients.
Kimball Medical Center has always provided excellent emergency care. In fact, Kimball’s Emergency Department ranks in the top one percent in the nation for patient satisfaction- a distinction Kimball has held for several years.
The new Pediatric emergency services area is staffed full time by highly experienced, board-certified emergency medicine physicians, with access to pediatric consultations 24-hours a day with on-site double board-certified neonatologist/pediatricians, and an on-call board-certified pediatrician.
In the new pediatric emergency treatment area, children will be seen quickly by highly-qualified physicians. When necessary, consultations with pediatric subspecialists will be coordinated with the medical staff at The Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center. Additionally, infants and children requiring more specialized care will be transported to The Children’s Hospital, if and when necessary.
