Lakewood, NJ --- Kimball Medical Center is fully committed to providing the highest quality imaging services in the most efficient manner for its patients. As a result, Kimball has created a new way for patients to schedule state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging studies.
A new Radiology Scheduling Access Line was instituted by Kimball’s Department of Radiology to offer more options to patients and expedite scheduling of all imaging studies. “Now all patients wishing to schedule an imaging test or procedure at Kimball Medical Center will call the Barnabas Health Care Link toll-free phone number. Each caller will be personally assisted by a Link counselor to schedule an appointment quickly and efficiently,” explains Joseph Ferrera, Chief Operating Officer, Saint Barnabas Management Services, who oversees the Health Care Link Call Center. “The Link counselors also schedule appointments for other Kimball services including laboratory and physical therapy sessions.”
Through this new Scheduling Line, appointments can be scheduled for any of the following state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging studies available at Kimball:

The Radiology Department at Kimball Medical Center provides the most advanced imaging studies available today. Performing over 90,000 imaging studies per year, the radiologists are highly experienced and offer expertise in a wide variety of areas including neuro-imaging, muscular-skeletal and general radiology. The Radiology Department offers immediate appointment availability, high resolution images, and quick report turnaround, so patients get their results faster.
The new Radiology Scheduling Access line can be reached at 1-888-724-7123 and press option 2. Barnabas Health Care Link counselor will be available to assist callers Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm, and Saturday and Sunday between 7 am and 7:30 pm.
