
Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Ostrow received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He then completed his residency training at UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine Medical Center in Stratford, NJ and his internship in the Department of Pediatrics at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA. Dr. Ostrow’s pediatric endocrinology fellowship was completed at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Ostrow is a clinical instructor of pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He has received many academic accolades and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, The Endocrine Society, Lawson Wilkins Pediatric Endocrine Society, Philadelphia Endocrine Society and the American Academy of Pediatrics, Pennsylvania Chapter.
Dr. Ostrow is an active researcher and in 2010, his article “Association Between Oxidative Stress and Masked Hypertension in a Multi-ethnic Population of Obese Children and Adolescents," was published in the Journal of Pediatrics. In 2009 his article “Long Term Follow-up of a Child with Ambiguous Genitalia, Mixed Gonadal Dysgenesis and Unusual Mosaicism,” appeared in the September 2009 issue of Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism.
