Tuesday, October 28 at 5:30 pm

Long Branch, NJ ---  The David S. Zocchi Brain Tumor Center at Monmouth Medical Center is proud to announce a unique and exciting art exhibition, Art Is Good, in the hospital’s Main Lobby on Tuesday, October 28 at 5:30 pm.

Art Is Good is a unique 6-week series of beginner art classes for children and teens whose parent or immediate family member had either been diagnosed with or has passed away from a brain tumor.  These classes provide the participants with an opportunity to express their feelings and emotions through art therapy.

The David S. Zocchi Brain Tumor Center is comprised of a highly experienced, multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals dedicated to providing the best treatment and best clinical outcomes for patients with benign and malignant primary tumors of the brain and spinal cord, as well as neurological complications of systemic cancer.

The Art Is Good program will be held in the Main Lobby at Monmouth Medical Center on Tuesday, October 28. The reception begins at 5:30 pm followed by a program at 6 pm.  Pre-registration is requested by calling the Saint Barnabas Health Care LINK at 1-888-724-7123.
