LONG BRANCH, NJ, September 22, 2011 – The Two Rivers Antiques and Art Show, a three-day event featuring 25 renowned antiques and contemporary art dealers, will be held at Rumson Country Day School on Saturday and Sunday, October 15 and 16. The show is considered to be the finest of its type by dealers nationwide. A Preview Party will be held on Friday evening, October 14, for those requiring a first look.
“This antiques and art show features some of the finest art work and most beautiful antiques available,” said Barbara Etter, Event Co-Chair. “Whether you are an avid art collector or you simply enjoy preserving beautiful antique pieces, you will be delighted by the fabulous spectrum of pieces available!”
Proceeds from the event help fund technological advancements to better serve patients of the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center and its satellite offices in Colts Neck and Howell, according to Event Co-Chair Rosanna Fazio. This year’s event will also honor the legacy of three dynamic women and longtime event sponsors; Judy Stanley Coleman, Susan Mercy and Lois Levy.
Hours for the Antiques and Art Show are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, October 15, and 11:30 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, October 16. The Preview Party will take place on Friday, October 14 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets for the Preview Party cost $145 in advance and $165 at the door and tickets for the show are $12 if purchased in advance, and $15 if purchased at the door.
