LONG BRANCH, NJ – More than 150 women recently gathered at Branches in West Long Branch to celebrate Ladies Night Out, Monmouth Medical Center’s annual women’s health event.
The free event featured health information tables, free giveaways and door prizes, makeup tips from Macy’s by Appointment cosmeticians and showcased a panel of Monmouth Medical Center physician experts who discussed today’s most vital women’s health issues and offered an overview of the latest technological advances. Topics and speakers included: “Advances in Breast Imaging,” Jorge Pardes, M.D., Director of Breast Imaging, Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center; “Gynecologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery,” Thomas Hackett, D.O., Section Chief, Gynecologic Oncology, Monmouth Medical Center; “Understanding Osteoporosis,” Robert Graebe, M.D., Chairman and Program Director, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Monmouth Medical Center; and “Women’s Lung Health,” Violet E. Kramer, M.D., Monmouth Medical Center Pulmonologist.
