About the Center
The Center for Urogynecology of Saint Barnabas Medical Center
specializes in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse, urinary
stress and/or urge incontinence, overactive bladder, voiding
dysfunction, fecal incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, including
interstitial cystitis and other urogynecologic problems. An experienced
medical team offers patients both conservative and surgical approaches.

Physician Biography
Jeffrey
L. Segal, M.D.
Director, The Center for Urogynecology of Saint
Barnabas Medical Center
Dr. Segal graduated from Jefferson
Medical College in Philadelphia, PA and completed his residency
in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center
in Livingston, NJ. He completed his fellowship training in Urogynecology
and Reconstructive Pelvic surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital
in Cincinnati, OH. As an undergraduate, Dr. Segal received a
bachelor’s
degree in Economics with a major in Health Care Management from
The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia,
PA.
Dr. Segal has been recognized nationally as an outstanding educator,
and locally by his patients for his dedication and commitment
to their care. Dr. Segal is also well respected as a clinical
researcher and has published extensively in the field of Urogynecology.
